We want everyone to be able to find, read and use the Sweepa® website, whatever device or assistive technology they use.
Our aim
What we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, the standard most accessibility laws refer to, and we check the site against it whenever we change it.
Done
What we have done
Text and contrastBody text is set large and dark on light grounds, small print has been darkened, and the site can be zoomed freely.
KeyboardEvery page, menu, tab and form can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a skip-to-content link.
Screen readersPages are structured with headings and landmarks, images carry descriptions, and purely decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers.
MotionMoving content can be paused with the Pause motion switch at the bottom right of every page, and the site keeps still for anyone whose device asks for reduced motion.
