Any warranty or guarantee is offered at the discretion of, and honoured by, the retailer or website you purchased your Sweepa® product from. Please contact that retailer directly, with your proof of purchase, for any warranty-related query.

No. Sweepa® products do not carry a lifetime guarantee from Sweepro Group. As with all warranty questions, guarantee terms are set by the specific retailer or website you purchased from, not by Sweepro Group directly. We'd recommend checking the return or guarantee policy of your point of purchase, or contacting them directly, for the most accurate answer.

We strive to keep our products as non-toxic as possible. Sweepa® products are crafted from natural rubber, without the synthetic petroleum-based content found in many budget alternatives.

Simply rinse your Sweepa® product with warm water and mild soap. For deeper cleaning, you can use a gentle brush. Allow to air dry completely before storage. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

Sweepa® products can handle exposure to strong chemicals, including pool acid, without immediate damage. However, prolonged or constant exposure to strong chemicals will degrade the rubber over time. We recommend rinsing your Sweepa® product after use with harsh chemicals to extend its lifespan.

Sweepa® products are made from natural rubber rather than the synthetic materials and processing chemicals (such as accelerators and dyes) that are the most common cause of skin irritation in rubber cleaning tools; this is what we mean by hypoallergenic. Natural rubber does still contain natural latex proteins, so if you have a diagnosed latex allergy, we recommend checking with your doctor before use, as you would with any natural rubber product.

The Sweepa® Carbon Charter sets out how we source our natural rubber. Rubber trees absorb CO₂ throughout their productive life, and tapping a rubber tree for its sap does not require felling it; the same tree can be tapped for decades. We source from plantations managed on that basis.

Natural rubber is biodegradable and can break down naturally over time. While recycling programs for rubber products vary by location, our products will not persist in landfills like synthetic alternatives.
